When: Testing available Monday to Sunday, 7 AM to 6 PM.
Where: 65 cities across Northern California
Card Issuance: Your certification card will be issued on the SAME DAY as your skills test.

RQI (Resuscitation Quality Improvement)

The American Heart AssociationⒸ and Safety Training Seminars now offer RQI (Resuscitation Quality Improvement) skills testing tailored for BLS, ACLS, and PALS providers. Using a VAM (Voice-Assisted Manikin), you’ll be guided step-by-step through hands-on skills testing without needing an instructor present.

Both initial certification and renewals are available for this course.

Cancellation & Reschedule Policy

Refunds are not available after purchase. However, you can reschedule your course any time for a $30 rescheduling fee per occurrence.

To save on rescheduling fees, we highly recommend adding the $10 Reschedule Insurance to your purchase. With this, you can reschedule as many times as needed without paying extra.

Here’s an example: Rescheduling three times would cost $90 in fees, but with the $10 Reschedule Insurance, you’ll cover unlimited reschedules for far less.
