Plan to spend less time in the classroom and make your skills testing smoother by watching these videos before your course. Studies show that pre-watching the videos below leads to faster, more efficient classes.

If you’re enrolled in BLS or CPR & First Aid, you can skip these videos—they’re not required for your session.

RQI Online Course – What to Expect

The RQI online courses are sent out three times a day between 8 AM and 5 PM. To access the American Heart Association course, you’ll need a computer or tablet—using a phone won’t work.

The course adjusts to your current level of knowledge. This means the time it takes to complete varies based on your experience:

BLS: 1-2 hours
ACLS or PALS: 3-4 hours

Good news—you don’t need to finish the course in one sitting! You can start, stop, and pick up right where you left off at your convenience.
